Analytical R&D Assistant Scientist

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Scientist to join our Analytical Research and Development team. This is a junior-level position, ideal for an early‑career science professional eager to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical research and development within a GMP‑regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of stability studies for under development drug products, in line with approved stability protocols and regulatory guidelines (e.g. ICH).
• Perform routine analytical testing of stability samples using established methods.
• Support investigations related to out-of-specification (OOS) or out-of-trend (OOT) stability results under supervision
• Assist in the preparation of stability reports and data packages for internal reviews or regulatory submissions.
• Participate in laboratory housekeeping activities, including equipment cleaning, and inventory checks.
• Support calibration, qualification, and basic troubleshooting of analytical equipment.
• Ensure full compliance with GMP principles, Quality Management System guidelines, and established procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science or a related scientific discipline
• Previous experience in a research or analytical laboratory environment will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Very good command of written and spoken English
