About the role

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analytical R&D Scientist to join our Analytical team. The Senior Analytical R&D Scientist is responsible mainly for the development and validation of robust analytical test methods according to the respective ICH guidelines and GMP principles/guidelines within project timescales and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts analytical development activities including API characterization, stress testing, photostability and pre-stability studies to support pharmaceutical product development.
• Develops, validates and optimizes analytical methods in compliance with GMP and ICH requirements to support new product development and manufacturing.
• Prepares and maintains accurate analytical documentation, reports and laboratory records in accordance with GDocP, GMP and internal procedures.
• Provides analytical support throughout product development and contributes to the successful transfer of analytical methods and techniques to the Quality Control laboratory.
• Manages laboratory operations by ensuring proper labeling, inventory control, procurement coordination and availability of analytical consumables and materials.
• Maintains laboratory equipment, cleanliness and operational readiness while supporting the training and development of analytical team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Life Sciences.
• Previous experience of at least 2 years in a relevant position in pharmaceutical sector.
• Thorough understanding of ICH guidelines and GMP principles/guidelines.
• Excellent knowledge and handling of both verbal and written English language.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
