Rontis Hellas SA, a Greek multinational healthcare company, active in the field of specialty healthcare (R&D, production, international promotion and distribution of pharmaceuticals & medical devices), is seeking to employ a detail-oriented, highly organized:

 Sales Support & Reporting Officer

This multifaceted role is vital for supporting the sales team, monitoring performance, managing key commercial files, and generating insightful reports for internal stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of managing complex data with clarity and consistency. The role will be based in Athens, Greece.

Key responsibilities – main job duties include the following:

Sales & Performance Reporting

  • Generate and distribute the detailed, monthly sales reports and communicate results to BU Managers
  • Run monthly and quarterly sales reports by region and by sales rep, and share summaries with the relevant internal stakeholders
  • Maintain performance tracking files by sales area and representative, by product line or family, monitoring monthly progress and distribute updated files monthly
  • Issue custom reports upon request for specific SKUs, product lines, or customers

Data & File Management

  • Maintain and update files related to Enabling Technology operations per account
  • Maintain internal cost files per SKU and/or per type of surgery
  • Maintain supporting documents related to quotations and pricing requests

Inventory & Consignment Monitoring

  • Generate and distribute inventory count reports to the sales team
  • Consignment mapping: track approved consignment placement
  • Consignment performance monitoring
  • Ensure regular follow-up on consignment distribution and performance trends
  • Run periodic inventory and profitability reports

Market Analysis & Internal Support

  • Annual Business Review process: play crucial role in collaborating closely with top management and accounting department for the internal data collection & generation per BU and to ensure appropriate and timely distribution flow
  • Support internal teams with access to accurate commercial data and insights
  • Contribute to Market Sizing and Competitive Landscape mapping

Business Development Support

  • Assist in the cost estimation and preparation of commercial offers
  • Serve as the project lead for future CRM implementation projects, acting as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and the technology provider

Requirements – Candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, commercial analysis, or business operations (preferably in a healthcare or MedTech environment)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, macros is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to present data in a clear and actionable format
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, BI tools, or ERP platforms is a plus
  • Proactive team player, comfortable working across departments and interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
