Project Management Supervisor

PharmaPath, a Greek pharmaceutical company with a rich history and significant legacy in the pharmaceutical field of generic medicines, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Management Supervisor to join our dynamic team. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners) to support successful project execution.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and development trackers, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions when needed.
  • Support the preparation, monitoring, and control of the R&D budget, ensuring alignment with financial targets and development priorities.
  • Coordinate interactions with external stakeholders, including API suppliers, CDMOs, CROs, and other development partners.
  • Monitor regulatory submission, dossier preparation, approval, and launch timelines to ensure projects progress according to plan.
  • Support portfolio evaluation activities by contributing to project feasibility assessments, development strategies, and business case analyses.
  • Coordinate intellectual property (IP) activities and patent-related assessments in collaboration with external patent advisors and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned across development projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical development processes and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical product development, dossier submission processes, Bioequivalence studies, or technology transfer projects will be considered an asset.

In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (EU) 2023/970, the compensation range for this position will be communicated to candidates prior to the interview process.
