On behalf of our client, a leading company in the Banking Sector we are seeking an:

OTC Administrator & Treasury Back Office

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure complete and accurate capturing of FX – Money Market & OTC Derivatives transactions in the systems.
  • Create and send Swift messages – monitor the settlement of transactions
  • Post accounting entries
  • Communication with counterparties where and when required
  • Monitoring of margin calls related to OTC Derivatives transactions and settlement
  • Perform various reconciliations related to collateral management
  • Preparation and dispatch of valuation statements for clients
  • Review of Legal Agreements related to Treasury activity against the Bank’s policy

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor and/or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline
  • Any related professional experience will be considered an asset
  • Have basic knowledge of investment products (FX, OTC Derivatives etc.)
  • Are Proficient of the MS Office suite, especially excel and word
  • Are fluent in English language
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude
