On behalf of our client, a leading company in the Banking Sector we are seeking an:
OTC Administrator & Treasury Back Office
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure complete and accurate capturing of FX – Money Market & OTC Derivatives transactions in the systems.
- Create and send Swift messages – monitor the settlement of transactions
- Post accounting entries
- Communication with counterparties where and when required
- Monitoring of margin calls related to OTC Derivatives transactions and settlement
- Perform various reconciliations related to collateral management
- Preparation and dispatch of valuation statements for clients
- Review of Legal Agreements related to Treasury activity against the Bank’s policy
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor and/or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related discipline
- Any related professional experience will be considered an asset
- Have basic knowledge of investment products (FX, OTC Derivatives etc.)
- Are Proficient of the MS Office suite, especially excel and word
- Are fluent in English language
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude
