On behalf of our client, a leading company in the Banking Sector we are seeking a:

Custody Operations Administrator

to join our Custody Operations Unit.

Custody Operations Unit provides Custodian and Sub-Custodian Services to Institutional Clients, Mutual Funds Management Companies, Insurance Companies, Investment Firms and clients. The services are related mainly to Settlements and Corporate Actions for Equities, Bonds and Mutual Funds in Domestic and Foreign Markets.

The ideal candidate will join the Custody Operations Unit and will perform tasks related to Settlements and Corporate Actions processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing of transactions (input, matching & settlement instructions to market participants)
• Communication with counterparties to perform first level validation/pre-matching of orders
• Processing of corporate actions (voluntary/mandatory)
• Processing of income collection (coupons/dividends)
• Supporting Institutional clients with tax services (tax relief at source, reclaims)
• Producing swift messages regarding Settlements and Corporate Actions
• Liaise with and support client requests
• Cooperating closely with other Bank’s Units as well as with Domestic and Foreign Custodians and other Market Participants and Counterparties

You will be a great candidate for us if you have:

• University Degree preferably in Economics, Banking, Finance and Science
• Knowledge of Investment products (Equities, Bonds and Mutual Funds)
• Very good knowledge of English, (oral and written)
• Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
• Previous experience in Custody operations will be considered as an additional qualification.
• Knowledge of Swift messages ISO 15022 type 202, 210 and 5xx for Corporate Actions & Settlements or messages ISO 20022 will be considered as an additional qualification
