and passionate about providing excellent customer service? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our customer service team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our multilingual - speaking customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone & email in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
• Investigate and end-to-end completion of assigned cases
• Participation in the improvement of procedures followed in daily work

 Requirements:

• Fluency in one of the following languages:                                                                        Portuguese | Spanish | Polish | German | Norwegian | Italian | French | Dutch
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Availability to work 24/7/365 to ensure continuous support
